LEAN Payables Workshop - Topic for January 25, 2011

Finance and accounting staff at nfp's are accustomed to spending a significant amount of time processing payables because of the various internal control measures that must be followed. Even so, there still may be ways to streamline the process to decrease the number of hours spent on this task.
