Nick Morelli did a great job introducing us to CRM's. CRM's are becoming more common in large, progressive nonprofits. Here in St. Louis, we are just learning about them.
Bottom line: A CRM pulls together all our databases and software that manages our constituent (donors, volunteers, perhaps service recipients, legislators, etc.) information into one program from which we can send out communications, track contacts and donations, manage events.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could spend less time double entering info into databases and more time on service?
Whoops, it was Nick Morilla, not Morelli.
